hi all are all the ko4 turbo's interchangeable ? i have an apy engine code do i have to get an apy ko4 or would a ko4 turbo from a different engine code be ok ? replies very much appreciated

To my knowledge any k04 from apy amk bam will fit however your apy has no egt probe the otheres do. This can be easily blocked though.
Avoid k04 001 as this is different.

sorry just asking feeling a little impatient as I've been without my car for a month now I'm getting the shakes !
as part of my turbo went into my engine and killed it so yes i am buying second but will get it refurbed first as costs are soaring

Refurbed K04's aren't that expensive IIRC.. Beach Buggy
And as said, you can use the K04 from any 210/225 Mk4 platform car (S3, TT, LCR) but if its the later type with the EGT probe boss you will need to plug it
