As per the title really, my rubber gasket has split and looks a mess but I don't fancy paying £200 for a new aerial from TPS! Any other suggestions? Thanks

If the part number for your GPS aerial is 8L0 035 501 E (which this suggests it is Original Audi Antennenfuß NEU Telefon GPS Radio A3 A4 A6 RS4 Allroad 8L0035501E | eBay) then I believe the seal part number appears to be 8L0 035 539 and is roughly 15 quid

AUDI A3/S3/SPORTBACK/QU. [A3] (EUROPE) 2001: ACCESSORIES, INFOTAINMENT: 03503. ELECTRICAL PARTS FOR; NAVIGATION SYSTEM; CD-ROM FOR NAVIGATION; SYSTEM

I would verify that though as the parts catalogue is not the easiest to decipher... the part number for the GPS aerial should be on it if you remove it from the car..
