No life in 6 CD Changer

Hello,

Hoping someone can help. Just bought an '00 s3 but the cd changer doesn't work. The cassette doesn't eject or when I press "mode" on the stereo it doesn't attempt to find the changer or give an error or anything, seems to be wired up fine though?!

Hi bud if the changer is wired up to the stereo and is faulty then you would get CDERR displayed on the screen. Pull your stereo out and make sure the blue plug is properly plugged in. Failing that you can buy a second hand one off ebay.. I got one for £15 and solved my problem. Doddle to fit aswel
