weird boost problem

hello,
i have boost problem, the car is mapped to 1.3bar and i am boosting only 1 bar.
i tryed to unplug the n75 connector and i am boosting on 0.3bar
i tryed to take off the hose that going to the actuator and its still boosting on 1 bar.

tested maf readings 150 g/s on 6600 rpm.

what can be the problem?

mapped to 1.3bar as in requested? or are you an agu?

if actuator is no hose and it can only manage 1bar actuator/turbo sounds broken to me.. It should boost uncontrolled to way more than that

i am AGU, how can i tell if the actuator or turbo is broken?

std actuator is 5psi usually.. which is what you say you get wih n75 disconnected yes?
Is it slow to get boost? what rpm is it boost to its max 1bar?

If slow to spool, I would think its turbo itself is tired

its spool at 2800 rpm to 1 bar.

but only 1bar with nothing connected to actuator....
says turbo/wastegate to me
