1.8t a3 modifications?

I'm looking at a few of these but all seem to be standard so if you guys could help me out I'm needing some advice regarding how much power I can expect from the standard turbo and block. What mods can I buy to achieve maximum bhp without bigger turbo etc? Can you explain how to install your recommendations etc please
