power loss audi s3 8l

hello my name is André and I'm from Portugal new here, k liked and they could help me, I have an Audi S3 8L and can not have constant-pressure turbo, the more spin you have less pressure. The car has Garrett T3 Hybrid turbo, FMIC, HKS DV. Was eliminated N75 and N249 but the ECU was still not done anything. Sera that the problem?? I again for the N75??

Yes i do very well, i used to race in 600 super-sport in Braga circuit.
