Lowered my car but

So yesterday I lowered my s3 with kw shocks and 30mm apex springs it sits lovely now but when I turn at low speeds the front springs make like a twanging noise? Anyone else had this happen too them or know what it could be?

Seized or incorrectly fitted top mount bearing on the struts.

Did you change the top mounts and bearings?

Guitars are all in the music room I never replaced the top mounts or bearings when lowering it but a month before I bought the car the top mounts and bearings were done maybe I built the struts up wrong.
