Hello

Can someone tell me the max rpm without break the engine?

Kind regards

Normally 7.2k but a max of 7.5k on std valve train...

tbh its a pointless discussion if you aren't making power up there... most K04 turbo's make peak power long before then so having a huge rev limit is largely pointless..

If running a big turbo then cap at 7.5k or fit a supertech valve train to safely rev higher... 8.2k is probably the max you want to take it on std lifters (although I know Bill's Ibiza does rev to 8.5k on hydros)... this is still assuming you are making power over 7k even on a big turbo as you realistically need cams beyind 7k to get more out of it

Standard then..

The valve are two piece so I wouldn't like to rev it much more than 8k but seeing yours is just a remap I bet the peak power is at 5k unless you have a Dyno plot to show we're it peaks?

I am waiting hybrid turbo then i will test.
I have 1.8t 150hp valvetrain is better??

Its the same stuff in almost every 20v turbo so no different....

Hybrid turbo's peak around 6.8k so for the most part a 7.2 or 7.5k limt on std valve train will be fine... but... your mapper should know whats best for your setup...
