Bottom Door Trim Removal

I need to know how to get the bottom outside door trim off, i can see there are 2 screws holding either end, but does it slide off or pull off?

It slides a bit to the rear then comes off, about an inch or so

There are 4 screws in total, 2 are hidden, need to remove some rubber grommets.

ye unscrew the 2 each side of the door top small screws.

unscrew the plastic cover in the door handle, remove the cover and then 2 more behind it and lift up the door card.

on face lift anyway
