The other day I replaced the PCV hose under the inlet manifold and replaced with a silicone one due to my old one being ripped wide open.

Since then including the first straight after fitting the car has been slow to start. It cranks a few times then fires up but momentarily starts at about 200rpm then slowly rises to about 800 rpm where it is then happy and doesn't miss a bit. I can leave the car for only 15 mins and this problem occur so it is not just a stone cold first thing in the morning problem.

no fault codes present. Any help would be great thanks.

Did you undo any gas line when you did your work? It should normally smells but who knows. If there is even the smallest leak on your gas line you will be "air locking" that makes the gas boils when not under pressure and it can be hard to start and once it's primed it won't miss a beat as you describe.

Could be a first thing to look at, and also be sure all the other vacuum lines are good.
