Passenger door handle slow to return

Hi
There is only normally me in the car, so the passenger side doesnt get used much.
Noticed this morning that the handle is slow to return, and sometimes doesnt return flush to the door.
Have tried WD40
Any ideas?

Have a look at threads for door card removal.. its really easy and will make all the parts accessible.

I'll have a butcher's, slidey thing for window prob needs greasing or something as window goes up slower than drivers.
