No rear break lights

Hi having abit of a problem! I have no break lights Iv done all the obvious Iv changed the bulbs first no luck then checked the fuse it was fine but changed it anyway and checked the foot peddle switch everything seems fine but they still won't work , the lights work but the stop tail part of the bulb is not working. Has any1 got any ideas thanks

Brake switch has two circuits... one for the ECU and one for the lights... faulty brake light switch typically throws a fault code... scan the car and see but test the switch again too
