Hello people. I have an a3 8l 1.8t and my MOT is approaching fast. I have changed the seats and the old connectors for airbag etc do not fit into the new seats therefore the airbag light is on (now an mot fail).
I have done some research and found out if I get some 2.2ohm resistors I can bypass the seat airbags and the airbag light will go off after I clear the code.
I basically need somebody with vagcom near Essex who would be willing to help me get this airbag light off (im not sure if you can disable the airbags through vagcom).
Any help would be great and I'll give you some beer tokens for your time.
