Are there mounting holes under the front number plate?

I've got some pressed plates from a DVLA registered and compliant company, looking at putting them on the car after i have the bumper resprayed, going to get some plate surrounds, but does anyone know if there are mounting holes under the number plate on the front of the car? mine is stuck on at the moment rather than bolted on

Mine is screwed on at the side of the plate.
