Turbo is out ... loads of shaft play so most likely bearing failure

Oily residue suggests that its sucking up oil to blow white smoke out the back

Turbo has been sent off to A&E so that should be in the hands of Ben next week for a full strip down and rebuilt with stronger bearings and a totally new internal parts


Well impressed with that picture of your turbo intake ^^^^^

Looks like a water jet pump on a SeaCat ferry lol

I want to get mine looked at as its done 126k miles so im sure it could do with a wee makeover
