Steering column rattle ????

Hi, does anyone know how to cure the rattle that comes from the corrigatted-shroud that sits around the steering column where it adjusts ??
Also does anyone have any instruction on how to remove the front passenger door card ??

Spray some silicon spray around it mate, I used to have the same annoying rattle but it went when I did this.
