my ecu gives fault code: oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1

i replaced the sensor and the problem not solved
what can fix this problem?

did you replace the correct sensor, you may have 2 depending on engine.

new or used part ?

fitted correctly ?

damage to wiring/block?

its used o2 sensor
i see damage to the wiring from the ecu near the o2 sensor
they have cut and stripped together with glue.
