Looking for a step by step guide for changing injector seals

Hi guys looking for some help replacing injector O rings. I have googled this and found loads of info on Diesel engines, which is no use..

ok so it's a 2002, AUQ, seat leon Cupra, 1.8t.

Not a mechanic by any stretch but think I could do this ??? Lol

pics would be awesome, but just a good description would be really appreciated !!

remove fuel rail. pull out injectors. remove o-rings and replace.

don't really need a quide to be fair. easy job.

Followed the guide guys, thank you !!

was really straight forward, l only replaced the bottom 4 as the top 4 looked as good as the new ones. At £4+vat each I'll take them back lol.

The issue still remains unfortunately...

looks like it needs to go to a vw/seat specialist
