ko3s turbo

Ive just drove my car for a few miles, When i hit boost its letting out a loud whistling kinda noise, i don't know how to really explain it, I took it to a few garages and apparently the turbo is on its way out, or the bearings inside are going, I've looked around for a new ko3s turbo but ive only really found Chinese crap ones i want a genuine one, Where can i get one from and what sort of price would it cost to get one?
