215/45/17 on 7.5J rim... Pics, handling and ride?

As the title suggests really. . . Anyone got any pics of a 215/45/17 tyre on a 7.5J rim? Also, what do people think about how a slight stretch might effect ride/ handling?

I'm running a 215/40/18 on a 8J rim at the mo and ride/handling doesn't feel amazing... although that could just be down to the fact she's absolutely crawling on her belly! lol
