    Spark plug info

    Found this info about spark plugs for the 20v engines. What are your thoughts?

    Best Spark Plug Explaination for 1.8t Incl. Heat Range Info

    I have change to copper plugs - NGK BKR7E

    Nice1 dude been looking for this thread for ages. Read it ages ago and haven't been able to find it since :-)
    2002 bam s3, 3" custom turbo back/decat, unicorn MD custom map with pops n bangs ;-), b5 tip, s2k filter, forge 008, uprated intercooler, more to come :-)

    Used coppers on mine but only lasted 3 months with everyday driving, they lasted longer than some others but i run Bosch platinum plugs F5DPOR

    Never let me down and change them every 6 months with everyday driving to make sure there tip top

    These little colder plugs on Audi S3 8P did not work well (optimal) when I changed back to the original was much better. I dont know for S3 8L but if you dont race with car and you use the car for everyday normal driving, then the original sparks is quite good enough.
