What's the best ones, could some one tell me please

The boggo standard copper NGK BKR7E performs as good as any and are cheap as chips, I believe quite a few people here on the forum run them... Only downfall is that they need replacing more regularly than more expensive ones (about every 10k)

Also recommended plug gap is 0.7mm for stage 2
