Hey all,
My S3 has had a rasping noise under acceleration since I've had it (just over a week). Took it to the garage today and they diagnosed it with having a split in the flex leading on to the exhaust manifold(?). Apparently, in my car the flex and the manifold are all one piece, although later models supposedly had it as 2 parts.
Was just wondering if they're correct on the 2-parts thing? Quote for a replacement manifold and flex was £400 so I'd rather explore all avenues before committing!
