Options to tidy up worn temperature switches and light switch?

I've noticed the centre temp buttons and the right light switch is prone to looking old from wear

What are the options to tidy these up, replace them with newer part?
If so is it an easy plug and play for both?

New part (500 odd quid new or if you are reeeeealy lucky eBay as most on there are just as worn) or...

I brought a new light switch after mine burnet out inside on the chip and that was about £85 with 10% off from Audi so that fixed that worn issue. Best bet is the stickers I reckon.
