problems with my a3 8l

hi guys, i have purchased an A3 8l and have recently had some problems with the car, when i accelerate i feel as though the car is stuttering and hesitant, also flat spots when accelerating. has anyone experienced this before? thanks

Could be maf, boost leak etc.
best bet is to get it scanned for faults

...would also help if you specified the actual model and year of the car too... there are a few variants and each has particular ways of displaying these symptoms...
