Fuel filter location a3 1.8t

Howdy all,

just wanted to know were the fuel filter location is on my 1.8t a3 also is it easy to replace at home?

Should be under the rear of the car on the drivers side. Easy to replace, 5 minute job. Jut press the buttons in to release, watch the bit of fuel that drops out, clip the new one in the right way round, job done!

Drivers side, underneath the car just forward of rear suspension arm between the fuel tank and the sill... easy enough to do but the clips can be a ******... do NOT just wrench them off... there is a built in release clip you need to push in then wriggle the fitting off the end of the filter..
