Guys I have had a few problems but some times when I start the car the throttle won't work, but after I turn off the on back on again seems to work ok but uses loads of fuel pleas help

Stabbing in the dark at a landa/egr wiring issue, possibly chaffing wires, throttle pedal is on same loom. Scan it with vcds. We cant read your cars mind!

I think his car is an AGU...

Personally I think its an airleak thats causing the issues and the OP is confusing the symptoms...

A scan for fault codes and some elaboration on the symptoms would be a start :)

Ok... had a quick look at the OP's other posts and it appears he has an A3 quattro... guessing its a 1.8t and will be DBW...

Still think its an airleak...

low battery will cause throttle to not want to work...
check your fuses also...
earths..

and if you have access to someone with vcds, that will help diagnose things
