Brake pads question

I have upgraded to cupra r Brembo's but they are due pads and discs, are these any good? They cost the same as most people charge for discs only so I don't really have much to lose?

Avoid at all costs is my suggestion.

Mintex are a good make, usually top notch gear, but they seem to do these 'brake boxes' that are stupidly cheap, and come with discs and pads in a box just like that. I've made the mistake of using them twice before, second time assuming the first occasion was bad luck, but on both counts they've been crap. worse than standard, very dusty, and lacking in power and cold bite.

i'd avoid them myself.
