Hey people....

I'm thinking of replacing my Fog lights on my 2000 S3 for some plastic air intake style trumpets/ducts. Like bell mouth ones? Not sure on the technical name but I'm sure someone will.

Ive done a search but no luck.

I want to take out the fog lights unit and replace a air intake style duct into the hole of the fog, light surround.
Does anyone know the size or have done this and can point me to the correct ones.

Never been too bothered about fog lights and it's more about getting some extra air to the side intercoolers until I get a front mounted then I might consider using them for air brake ducts or just purely for my own looks.

Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Yep; don't use them to help the engine. Use them to stop the thing :p

I presume if I use the intake instead of fogs, there is enough space to channel some ducting to the inner arch.
Think I may jack the car up at the weekend and have a look.
Will measure the diameter if the fog surround, but I aint to clued up on the round intake Trumpets. And there aint any places around Wakefield that sell them to test fit.
Just need someone to point me towards the correct one to fit into the fog surround.
