Cam Belt Snapped on 2002 S3

Hi all,
im new to the site but have always read your lots post and found them very helpful.
im in a pickle my cam belt has gone, had the head of and it's bent the exhaust valves as per, the pistons are only just marked.
what are my chances of just the head work or am I lookin at more.

Well mine went 2 weeks ago and so far the engine and turbo have been replaced, lets hope just the head work is needed in your case ! put it together and turn it over by hand first of course. not sure how easy the rods bend on a petrol a3.
