Clutch bleeding / new clutch DMF to SMF

I've jus fitted a new SMF an clutch i hav tried bleeding the clutch with and withou an easy bleed kit an still ,y hitting point is tht low on the floor I cnt engage gears , if I start in gear an drive its fine and I can change gear but if I stop an press the clutch it's like it's still engaged an the cars dragging still , any body please help as I've been off the road for days an its really annoying !
