Audi A3 8L - Manual Heater Control

I've recently purchased an Audi A3 1.9TDI 100bhp 3Dr (51 Reg), This model has no Air Con only
manual Heater Controls, the problem i've got is that its only blowing hot air, I've spoken to Audi
and they've stated that there's probably a problem with the flaps on the motor?

Have anybody else had this problem?

Do I need to replace heater motor?

How do i replace motor? any video's / screenshots available

Any suggestions what else it could be ?
