Coding a new central locking pump

Hi there my central locking pump burnt out on my 2000 apy s3 a while ago ov finally got roumd to sourcing one now it has the same part number as my old one
Question really is how do I code it to my 2 keys so it all works as it should?
Iv looked through google and it brings up rosstech website which iv looked at but cant get my head around it any help would be appreciated
I also have full vcds

is this what your looking at? have you checked the initial soft coding is correct?

Right iv been trying this all morning and its either my laptop or vagcom as it says cant connect to controller when I try to go into either centr locks or central conv
Was hoping I could of done this

You may may not have central conv module but you defiantley have centr locks

Neither of them will connect to my laptop though
