How to get door panel off A3 8L

Hi, I'm kind of a noob and want to replace my factory speakers in my 3 door A3. The thing is, I only can see 3 screws to take out, but still, the door panel isn't moving. I don't want to break something so I'm asking her first. Thanks for good advice!

Is it just the three screws and then I lift the whole panel off?

2 at the top and three iirc by the handle

But the window button is in the handle. Do i have to take that off before I lift, or will it just follow? I'm keeping in mind that the button has cables connected to it..

Search it on youtube, there is a step by step video guide on there.

2 screws at top and 2 inside door grab handle. Lift off - don't forget to unlip the exit handle.

Okay so I got the door panel off. But my aftermarket speakers are much bigger the the factory ones. My new speakers has 4 holes to put screws in but the factory ones only has three. What to do?

Depends what size the new speakers are, if 5.25" then get some AndyMac mdf adapters

It's a pair of Sony Xplod XS-F1327SE XS-F1327SE | Car Speakers | Technical Specifications | XSF1327SE.EUR | XSF1327SE | Sony . They're 13 CM in diameters..
But where can I get these AndyMac mdf adapters?
