    N75

    Hi folks.

Just got rid off the other halves car to cut motoring costs down, so now she is insured on my car.

Anyway i have disconnected the n75 valve via the electrical connector so its just running on actuator power, she don't know this she needs to get used to it before i let her have full power.

Will running it like this long term have any bad effects on the turbo?

And when you reconnect the n75.
She will be used to hardly any boost, then wham car takes off and she will be scared sh it less.
    Good luck with that

No bad effects at all. If anything its better for the car. Should be boosting around 5 or 6 psi

    Why bother?

I've just come to an S3 after a 430hp B5 RS4 - my Mrs didn't have any trouble driving it.

Parking it was a different matter though!

Haha obviously i will tell her before she drives it again with the n75 connected so she will be ok.

Its my pride and joy so just being cautious

Good to hear it won't have any negative effects, my mpg has gone up a lot since running it like this lol.

    Cheers for the input guys

Get her used to public transport, thats why my wheels are still 100% after 3 years, not 1 scratch.
