Part number for s3 Manifold to turbo washers?

I ordered new washers today through tps for the 3 inverted torx mani to turbo bolts but they only list one kind and once they arrived I couldn't get them to fit in the hole in the manifold to be able to bolt them down, won't be able to get to audi until the weekend and was wondering if anyone had the part no to be able to order before hand?

Its for the ko4 setup on a APY s3

As standard there are no washers on the mani-turbo bolts.
