Hi guys,

i was wondering yin you can replace the flat pancake pipe pipe with just a normal straight bit of pipe? To me it seems restrictive, I do know that if I buy a fmic then the pancake pipe would be gotten rid off. But to be honest I don't have 200 to spend on a fmic at the moment as I need to replace my gearbox ( which I need to get still ).

if I can replace with a straight peace of pipe does anyone know the internal diameter pipe needed and would there be any benefit to replacing with a straight pipe?

thanks simon

not sure if this is right so someone correct me if im wrong, but think its a pancake pipe because of the limited space down there and not sure a straight pipe would fit, my advice would be too leave it alone till you do have 200 to spend and get a Front mount
