A3 VS Landrover!!

Today a nice chap in a land rover decided to use my a3 as a bump stop, been quoted £400 to sort he said he would pay as he admitted fault but im weary of that so got the insurance involed, hopefully they dont write off

Unlucky Andy, but if you go through insurance, there's a high probability they will write it off! If you plan to keep it, then I'd accept the £400 cash and get it repaired privately.

I'd follow this advice 100%,

but now you have contacted your insurance it will be classed as an open 'fault' claim until its closed.
