dog bone mount!

hi, i can hear my dog bone mount knocking/clicking setting off and am thinking of poly bushing it, but there are so many bushes out there.
what make poly bush do you recomend? would it make sense to buy a poly bush kit if there is such a kit available?
last question/; do the colours mean anything ie strength or anything?

The front is as important as the back.

It will vibrate for a few weeks, but it is well worth it.
