Boot Open Warning

Had to get my rear window replaced today after some bar steward decided to smash it on Saturday

Since having it fitted I'm getting the boot open warning on the dash. Any ideas? I know the fitter had the lock off as initially the boot wouldn't open as it was full of glass, could he have forgotten to reconnect something?

Since having it fitted I'm getting the boot open warning on the dash. Any ideas? I know the fitter had the lock off as initially the boot wouldn't open as it was full of glass, could he have forgotten to reconnect something?

I've never had the boot lock off but the doors an bonnet catch all have electrical connector plugs so there is a possibility he's not connected it back up. Only way to find out is to have the boot trim off and have a little look.
