Hi guys. Would somebody tell me if this sound is normal after fitting a cone filter (s2000). Or is this a faulty DV

Sounds perfectly normal to me mate. Its just that with an open cone filter you can hear the dv operating through the filter.

When you drive it, you should get a nice crisp sound like that on gear changes. If you get a kind of flutter, that implies an issue.

Also, I must congratulate you on your user name. I can't help but laugh every time I see you post

yes i get a load induction and was also worried if thats what you mean as oppossed to the dumping? sounds sort of skylinish when on full boost since my s2000 filter... and yes good name, second only too another on here i saw today, womb raider!-)
