1.8 to 1.8 agu engine swap

hi guys im looking into doing an engine conversion on my standard 1.8 non turbo a3 and found someone breaking a mk4 golf with agu engine in it.

just wondering what i would need for this conversion. obviously need engine, exhaust, turbo, gearbox, manifolds, driveshafts, ecu, clocks, keys.

what else would i need

would i need subframe

anything else i have missed

well £375 just got me a mk4 golf gti turbo agu engine, complete with subframe, gearbox, driveshafts,turbo, inlet and exhaust manifold, ecu, wiring loom, clocks, keys, front discs, pads, calipers. also thrown in full set of coilovers and standard mk4 gti turbo exhaust. im pretty sure i got everything apart from induction hose and filter and uprated dump valve. is there anything i need to make sure i got.

How did you get all that for £375?

What year is your A3 as this will make a difference too... don't see too many normally aspirated 20v's on here so not sure if you will have drive by wire or cable throttle as std...

You will also be looking at wiring loom as there will be differences I would imagine...

got wiring loom and driveshafts from the golf. my audi a3 is a 1997 model running normal asp 1.8 20v
