This morning I decided to simplify the pcv system so I removed all this.

Just aswell really because the breather elbow was cracked and split in two and a few other components were split. I had to dash out to tps before they closed and grab a new breather elbow £27 quid not impressed! I used some 3/4 hose I had and made a start but there isn't a great deal of space & bieng a gas fitter I've got pipe & loads of fittings so I knocked this up as it slots perfectly down by the battery & you just pop a tray ender the car to catch the muck.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368901713312032
I did alter it slightly to help with hoses

Then sprayed some 28mm clips and mounted to battery cover you simply unclip catch can when you want to remove battery cover.

And this is what it looks like

what did you do with the brake booster? you have an aum same as me and i couldnt figure it out as i had an extra nipple under the inlet that connected to the brake booster?

There is only 3 outlets under my manifold 2 on the right ,one goes to the fuel pressure regulator & the other goes to my DV , the 3rd one next to the dip stick was connected to the Pcv & brake booster where it joins on the right hand side so I blanked off under the manifold & blanked where it connected on the right hand side as it already goes to the servo . Once I have chance I will put a decent non return valve and replace that section of pipe . I just followed the stickies there is a vw one which is done on an AUM .

:( i swear i have such a werid mani i cant find any guide etc that has the same set up as me as i have 4 outlets

How does that catch can work? Is there and baffle material inside the pipe? Where have you vented it to? Looks like it might go back to the TIP.

It has gauze in it , I put it in before putting cap on, vented via puck back in to tip , i haven't sussed the best way or even to bother with venting to atmosphere
