S3 leaking water now loud climate control. Video attached.

Recently the S3 has been leaking water behind the dash onto the passenger footwell. I've removed the pollen filter to find it soaked, replaced that wet again still leaking. Unsure what to do left it for a while now today on the way home after very hard rain I hear the following:

I'll try. Have you scanned for fault codes? If so has anything come up? When you replaced the Pollen filter was it seated correctly, if it's fitted wrong they leak water into the passenger footwell!

When removing the pollen filter, have a good feel around in there and clear out any and all debris (leaves etc).

I've not scanned the car, need to get hold of a vagcom again. We found the source of the leak it was the scuttle trim was full of dirt and was allowing water to gather and run behind the pollen filter. But been left with this horrid noise when climate control is activated
