So as per the title- I'm just interested to see what sort of mileage your 8L A3/S3s are as they are all 10+ years old now and I see so many being broken for spares.

I posted mine on the Facebook VAG page and no one who had an 8L S3 had more miles on than mine!

So registered date, engine code, model and mileage if you would please guys

Wow....cheers for all the comments- seems like I do have a pretty high mileage S3

I just looked at when I purchased the car and its worked out I have covered around 75,000 miles in this particular S3 and I've had her for 4 and a half years! Baring in mind she has been off the road and in garages for a good 12 of those 54 months, I think I'm getting my monies worth

Btw keep them coming- there has to be another S3 with more miles somewhere!

I should have just said how many miles has your chassis covered - as alot of people have had new rods and turbos on here! lol

My 183.5k S3 has had 2 (OEM) engine rebuilds and 1 new turbo that I know of!
