telling if a s3 been remapped or not

Hi ive got an 2001 audi s3, its feels fast but i cant tell if it been remapped or not. Anyway of telling?

do i need to run vcds to check that

You can use a boost gauge or VCDS... block 115 will tell you boost actual vs requested...
