s3 boost leak?? vag com log?? help please

hi all i think ive got a boost leak on my s3 8l, i did a vag com log yesturday, im unsure if ive done the log correct, and im unsure how to read the logs propley to find out if ive got a boost leak?, i started the car logged block 032 and reved the car untill it hit 3000rpm is this correct?, my s3 seems to have very little boost even with a new turbo, it has no fault codes showning with a scan, hear is the log any advice ? thanks in advance.

Sorry dude... all that is meaningless...

you need to log block 115 at least to see what boost is doing... some info on your car (year, engine code, any mods etc) would help...

Basic loging info is in the FAQ's in the stickies...

hi thanks for reply, sorry its a 1999 audi s3 210bhp and think its amk engine code, will i need to be driving the car when i log block 115 ? is there any other blocks i should be loging to check for boost leak? ive check block 032 and short term was -0.2 and long term was 1.6, i reset fault codes and the both returned to 0.0, thanks again Monday,29,April,2013,15:25:11:10462

A 1999 S3 is gonna be an APY... if it was an AMK it would be '8N0 906 018J' for the ECU code...

Yes... you need to drive the car to log it... info is in the stickies including links to Ross Techs fault code wiki and engine logging block definitions...

There is info on how to do a logging run and how to post meaningful data too...
