    Rod bearings

What do you suggest? Oversized rod bearings or standard.
B5 v1 Tip, Relentless v2 Manifold, Beach Buggy Hybrid, Pipewerx D.P and cat bypass, Miltek resonated cat back, AH Fabs v2 Intercooler, S2000 Filter, 83mm 9.5:1 CP Pistons, Brute Rods, Bosch 550cc Injectors, Oil Catch can, N249 delete, B5 Phenolic Gasket.
H&R Springs, Koni FSD Shocks, s3dave's rear tie bars, LCR Brembo's, 18" ttrs alloys, replaced all suspension bushes, 15/20mm spacers front/rear.

Now just waiting on my B5 exhaust manifold as the Relentless is goosed.

Why would you use over size? only need that if the crank has been reground... stick to std size bearings if doing a straight swap..

if you mean additional clearance ones, eg +0.001" then I would only use these on big power 450-500bhp+ applications.. where you might want to run a smidge more clearance.. Badgerwage runs +0.001" for example, but I dont use them on normal bt builds.. sub these power levels.

as opposed oversize which is as tufftys says a regrind type thing re crank etc.

Should have been clearer. Additional clearance is what I meant. Thanks for the info.
