Anyone tried or tested any of these over standard airbox and cone filter?

Seems expensive.....ITG Maxogen - Golf/Bora 1.8T, Leon, Octavia, A3 1.8T , link here....

The CDA enclosed kits are too restrictive and probably lose you power.

For the money they cost you`d be better off just sticking with a cone like Jetex or keep the standard airbox with a panel filter whichever way you`d prefer.

Dont waste your money!!, its purely for noise. as Jason said, it restricts airflow.

something like hooking you maf up to a Mc'Ds straw lol

Thanks guys for the feedback.

I was just checking out awesome GTI for the 1st time in months and came across them.

Happy with my set up anyway but wasn't aware of these products and no harm in asking.
