Engine rebulid

Dear all,
engine nearly running but have to replace 2 exhaust valves on the second hand ARZ head, this will see me through till i can get a second hand engine and start rebuilding it but my question is this, by how much can you rebore a standard AJQ engine?
Luckily I live within 2 miles of Ivor searles in soham and have a couple of mates that work for them so can get everything done on the side and cheap! The idea is to have the quattro looking bog standard but have 400bhp under the bonnet.

cheers, when I have got another engine to play with at my leisure I will take some pics while i do the rebuild, another lucky thing is there is an audi specialist within 10 miles of me as well so plan is to get engine rebuilt and put it in then get her taken to the specialist to get it started and running right on there computer. I think my early days of mucking about with mini 1275 engines will help but its the computer stuff that will catch me out!
